I wish I could get a massage 4 times a week, but that would be expensive. I was glad to see you mention hot peppers and I have found habanero peppers to really get the blood flowing. The day after Adams’ workshop I felt really unwell with lots of pain in my left ovary. After few days I went to see my GP, and he confirmed that I did lose the ovarian cysts. Coincidence ????
